ALL BUSES WILL DEPART FROM PALM SPRINGS AT 7PM (1 hour post - event)

Please choose carefully—once your times are selected, they are locked in and cannot be changed. 

PLEASE PLAN to arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and on the road smoothly. Uber/Rideshare is highly suggested. Limited parking is available on site.

ALL BUS DOORS WILL CLOSE AND DEPART AT THE LISTED DEPARTURE TIME - NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF YOU MISS YOUR BUS AT YOUR SELECTED TIME SLOT, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND AVAILABILITY ON THE NEXT BUS IS NOT GUARANTEED.

To keep the ride comfortable and safe for everyone, there is absolutely no smoking, drinking, or vaping on the buses. Be mindful and respectful of the space and the people around you—we’re all traveling together. The bus is equipped with power outlets for charging your devices.

Buses will begin loading an hour before the event ends and will depart an hour after the event ends.
