This house is two separate apartments with their own access, kitchen and terraces.

Upstairs Suite - $5000

The upstairs suite has three rooms:
Room 1 – 1 king bed
Room 2 – 1 queen bed
Room 3 – 2 single beds, A/C and private bathroom

Downstairs Suite - $4000

The downstairs suite has two rooms with each 1 queen and 1 single bed. One room has an on-suite bathroom and the other has the bathroom right outside the door.

Price is for up to 4 guests in one room and must be paid in full from one card. No discount available for smaller parties.

Refund Policy

If the remainder of your payment is not approved on the due date, April 10th - 80% of your paid balance will be refunded to your account and you/your group will lose their spot.

If you have already paid in full, you may receive a full refund for up to 14 days following your booking, and a 90% refund if canceled on or before April 10th.

A 50% refund may be issued after April 10th.

No refunds will be available in May. No exceptions.

All bookings made on or after April 10th must be paid in full.
